Davies Family Selections’ philosophy is to successfully achieve every client’s and brand’s unique set of objectives through collaboration to define effective solutions. Maximizing sales and profit requires an understanding of both product characteristics and the fundamentals required to launch brands, grow distribution and get the product in to the hands of target consumers. All of us at Davies Family Selections love to spend our days talking wine, working with clients and retailers, building brands, and increasing sales.

Ian Davies

Owner/President

Ian Davies, founder of Davies Family Selections, brings decades of experience successfully navigating the hospitality and beverage industries. He guides the company’s brand building, sales and marketing efforts throughout the United States.

Skylar Davies

Social Media/Website Maintenance

Skylar is the everyday social media and marketing intern for Davies Family Selections and Vino Logics. She is currently studying Business at Bryant University with a concentration in Global Supply Chain and a dual minor in Legal Studies and Psychology. In her free time, Skylar enjoys the beach and spending time with her dogs and family.

Heather Kros

Operations Manager

Heather is the operations manager at Davies Family Selections and Vino Logics Corp. She has been working behind the scenes with Ian Davies since 2012 and what started out as a very part-time role,has grown into a full-time job dealing with all the company’s logistical needs. Heather currently lives in Boston, MA with her family.

Jim Millerick

New England Regional Sales Manager

Jim discovered his passion for wine as an exchange student, living on the French-Belgian border just an hour outside of Champagne. One taste of the wines, history, culture and architecture, and there was no turning back. And 30 years later, Jim has worked in every facet of the industry from “terroir” to table. With deep knowledge of the global wine industry, Jim brings an energy and joy for everyday and what comes next. Passion, knowledge and integrity are the hall marks of Jim’s approach as a customer success-oriented wine professional. Whether it’s wine training for on-premise accounts, educational store seminars or discovering the next, exciting wine, you’ll find Jim sharing his passion out there every day.

Cody Sells

PA-NJ-NY Regional Sales Manager

Cody began his career, as many do in the hospitality industry, as a server and bartender for Houlihan’s Restaurant Group where he began training regionally behind the bar. What started out as an incredible college job sparked a love for the industry and specifically the vast world of wine and spirits. In 2018, Cody was recruited to join Masia Vallformosa as the NJ State Manager. He quickly transitioned to managing both the NJ and NY markets. After a year of successful brand development, he was named National Sales Manager and began to manage the quest for national distribution. It was during this quest that he crossed paths with Ian Davies. Several months later, this led to a discussion about joining Davies Family Selections and Vino Logics. He now heads up the PA-NJ-NY region for the team and is excited to build on an already successful portfolio. If he’s not out slinging wine, you can probably find him coaching or playing volleyball. He coaches for a national club team and also plays in beach volleyball competitions around NJ and the east coast.

Matt Keown

NC, SC, GA, FL, LA Sales

Raised in the restaurant business, Matt quickly grew passionate about fine dining, and therefore wine. In 2003, while managing McCrady’s Wine Bar in Charleston, Matt entered into the Court of Master Sommeliers program. In 2005 he was voted Charleston’s Best Sommelier by the Charleston City Paper. His first business, The Charleston Wine Traveler provided entertaining & educational wine tasting events, and retail consultation. Also in 2005, Matt was named Chair of the Wine Committee for the Inaugural Charleston Wine + Food Festival, and was the first Festival Wine Director. He went on to work with the Charleston Wine + Food Festival in multiple capacities for the next 13 years. Following his passion for wine and in particular the sales side of it, in 2016 Matt joined Grassroots Wine Wholesalers as the Business Development and General Manager. This is where he gained extensive experience in wholesale distribution and supplier brand management. Matt founded DRINK Brand Partners in the summer of 2018.

Craig Demko

CA, TX, ID, Sales

Craig has over 30 years of industry experience, first running restaurants on both the east and west coasts–and then moving to beverage sales in 2006. From 2006-15 Craig was the Key Accounts Manager for Northern California for Wine Warehouse. Following that he took on the role of Western US Sales Director for Compagnie Medocaine des Grands Crus–one of the top ten negociants in Bordeaux. In March of 2020–Craig left that position to start his own business–Gypsy Wine Solutions–where he splits his time handling Western US Sales for Ian Davies along with importing and distributing wines and beverage from around the world to customers across the US.
